Founder Story
She left Bangladesh as a teenager. Years later, she came back to build.
Nusrat Shova was born in Chittagong, Bangladesh, in 1994 and grew up in a middle-class family where discipline, hard work and responsibility were part of everyday life.
Her father was a service holder. Growing up, Nusrat saw how important stable work and opportunity can be for a family.
In 2010, at about 16 years old, she moved to the United States. There, she continued her education and gained experience in structured business and professional environments.
Over time, she began thinking about how that experience could create value back in Bangladesh.
In 2021, Nusrat returned to Bangladesh with a clear goal: build a business that could create jobs, develop people and serve international clients.
In 2022, she founded Care Guide with 2 employees.
Today, Care Guide has 166 employees working across operations, technology, digital services and creative teams.
Care Guide grew from 2 employees to 166.
For Nusrat, that growth means more people gaining skills, taking responsibility and building careers in Bangladesh.
