Care Guide is looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to produce polished, engaging video content for social media, YouTube, promotional campaigns, and internal communications. The ideal candidate should have strong video editing skills, visual storytelling abilities, and experience creating professional digital content.

Education
- Minimum HSC/A-Level qualification

Key Responsibilities
- Video Editing & Production: Edit and assemble raw video footage into polished, professional, and engaging video content
- Social Media Content: Create high-quality videos for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms
- Promotional Campaigns: Produce promotional videos, advertisements, corporate presentations, and internal communication videos
- Animation & Explainer Videos: Use Vyond or similar animation platforms to develop professional animated explainer videos
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with creative, branding, and marketing teams to develop video concepts and deliver engaging visual content
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all video content follows company branding guidelines, visual standards, and platform-specific requirements
- Video Optimization: Prepare video formats, resolutions, aspect ratios, and exports suitable for different social media and digital platforms
- Project Management: Maintain organized project files, version control, and backups of video editing projects
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience in the video editing or video production industry
- Previous experience in media companies, video production agencies, digital marketing agencies, or animation studios is preferred
- Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects: Strong proficiency in both applications is mandatory
- Working knowledge of additional video editing software such as CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
- Experience using Vyond or similar animation tools will be considered an advantage
- Basic understanding of motion graphics, animation, transitions, and audio synchronization
- Strong visual storytelling skills and the ability to create engaging videos from raw footage
- Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and ability to maintain consistent video quality
- Ability to follow creative briefs, meet deadlines, and incorporate feedback effectively
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with creative and marketing teams
- Freshers with strong video editing portfolios and relevant technical skills are encouraged to apply
- Willingness to work full-time on-site during the night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
Skills & Expertise
- Adobe Premiere Pro: Professional video editing, sequencing, transitions, and final production
- Adobe After Effects: Motion graphics, visual effects, animation, and compositing
- Video Editing Software: Experience with CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing applications
- Animation Tools: Familiarity with Vyond or comparable explainer video animation platforms
- Motion Graphics: Ability to create animated titles, transitions, visual elements, and engaging graphics
- Audio Editing & Syncing: Knowledge of audio synchronization, background music, sound effects, and voice-over integration
- Social Media Video Production: Understanding of platform-specific video formats, aspect ratios, and content requirements
- Visual Storytelling: Ability to communicate ideas through creative editing, pacing, and visual presentation
- Team Collaboration: Strong communication and coordination skills when working with designers, content creators, and marketing professionals
