Care Guide is looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to craft intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces for web and mobile applications across our internal tools and client-facing products. We welcome experienced designers and fresh graduates with strong portfolios and relevant design skills.

Education
- Minimum HSC/A-Level qualification

Key Responsibilities
- UI/UX Design: Design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, mockups, and user flows to communicate design concepts effectively
- User Research: Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and translate findings into practical design improvements
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, branding, product, and marketing teams to deliver consistent user experiences
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs follow company brand guidelines, typography standards, color palettes, and visual identity requirements
- Accessibility & Usability: Apply accessibility standards and usability principles to create inclusive, easy-to-navigate interfaces
- Responsive Design: Develop responsive and mobile-first design solutions that work effectively across different screen sizes and devices
- Design Documentation: Maintain organized design files, reusable components, design systems, and version control across projects
- Design Presentation: Present design concepts, explain creative decisions, and incorporate stakeholder feedback into final designs
Requirements
- 2–3 years of professional experience in UI/UX design or a related field
- Previous experience in a digital agency, software company, IT firm, or media production company is preferred
- Figma & Adobe XD: Strong proficiency in both tools is required
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch, or similar design applications
- Hands-on experience creating wireframes, user flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
- Understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and user-centered design principles
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS to collaborate effectively with frontend developers
- Strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, spacing, color theory, and layout composition
- Ability to create responsive, mobile-first, and accessible user interface designs
- Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously
- Fresh graduates with relevant technical skills and strong UX/UI design portfolios are encouraged to apply
- Willingness to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
Skills & Expertise
- Figma: User interface design, component libraries, design systems, interactive prototyping, and developer handoff
- Adobe XD: Wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and interface design
- Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator: Image editing, graphic assets, illustrations, and visual design elements
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Creating low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and clickable prototypes
- User Research & Usability Testing: Understanding user needs, evaluating usability, and improving user experiences
- Responsive & Mobile-First Design: Designing interfaces optimized for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
- Visual Design: Strong knowledge of typography, color theory, layout, spacing, and visual hierarchy
- Design Systems: Experience creating and maintaining reusable components and consistent interface patterns
- Team Collaboration: Ability to communicate design decisions clearly and coordinate effectively with developers and marketing teams
