Care Guide is looking for an SEO Specialist to improve our organic search visibility and website performance, developing and executing advanced SEO strategies for U.S.-based client projects.

Education
- Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science or a related field
Key Responsibilities
- SEO Auditing: Conduct comprehensive website SEO audits and implement actionable recommendations to improve organic search performance
- Keyword Research & Competitor Analysis: Perform advanced keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor assessments to identify high-value ranking opportunities
- On-Page SEO: Optimize meta titles, meta descriptions, headings, content structure, internal linking, and website architecture to maximize organic visibility
- Technical SEO: Develop and execute technical SEO strategies covering website speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile usability, crawlability, indexability, canonical tags, and technical error resolution
- Structured Data & Schema: Implement and validate relevant schema markup, including Product, Review, FAQ, and HowTo structured data where applicable, to support search engine understanding and eligible rich results
- Off-Page SEO & Link Building: Develop ethical, white-hat link-building strategies and establish relationships with authoritative, relevant publishers
- SEO Performance Reporting: Create detailed SEO performance reports tracking organic traffic, keyword rankings, impressions, clicks, CTR, conversions, and other key performance indicators
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, content, design, and marketing teams to implement SEO improvements and resolve website issues
- Algorithm Monitoring: Monitor Google search algorithm updates, industry developments, and SEO best practices, adjusting strategies as needed
- Project Management: Manage ongoing SEO projects, prioritize optimization tasks, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery of improvements
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven professional experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Experience managing international or U.S.-based SEO projects is preferred
- Strong proficiency with professional SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog SEO Spider
- Hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Search Console (GSC)
- Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies
- Practical knowledge of Core Web Vitals, E-E-A-T principles, structured data, and schema markup
- Experience identifying and resolving crawling, indexing, canonicalization, redirect, and website performance issues
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage
- English Proficiency: Excellent English reading and writing skills
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Ability to interpret SEO analytics data and translate findings into actionable optimization strategies
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with multiple teams
- Willingness to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

- Google Analytics & Search Console: GA4 reporting, GSC performance analysis, traffic monitoring, and search visibility tracking
- Structured Data: Knowledge of JSON-LD, schema markup implementation, and rich result validation
- Performance Analysis: Ability to track keyword rankings, organic traffic, clicks, impressions, CTR, and conversions
- Reporting & Communication: Strong ability to prepare SEO reports, explain findings, and recommend data-driven improvements
