Care Guide is hiring a full-time Senior Full Stack Developer to take technical ownership of our web platform and work directly with company leadership.
This is not a ticket-taking position. You will meet with management, understand business requirements first-hand, translate them into technical specifications, and lead their delivery through the development team. Strong English communication skills are essential, as you will serve as the primary technical point of contact for our U.S.-based stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Requirement Ownership & Technical Planning
- Gather business and technical requirements directly from company leadership and translate them into clear, actionable technical specifications
- Evaluate business needs and recommend practical, scalable, and efficient technical solutions
- Present proposed solutions, development timelines, technical approaches, and potential trade-offs to management before implementation begins
- Maintain accurate technical documentation for the applications, systems, and features under your ownership
Full Stack Development
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and modern frontend applications from initial planning through production deployment
- Build, maintain, and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
- Develop reliable, secure, and maintainable application architecture using modern development technologies
- Ensure code quality, application performance, security, and release readiness for assigned features
- Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize existing systems, and implement improvements to enhance platform reliability
Team Leadership & Code Quality
- Guide the development team through technical planning, implementation, testing, and deployment
- Review developers' code and ensure compliance with coding standards and software engineering best practices
- Mentor junior developers and support their professional and technical development
- Improve overall codebase quality, maintainability, and development workflows
- Coordinate with internal teams and management to ensure technical deliverables meet business requirements and deadlines
Requirements
Core Experience & Technical Expertise
- Experience: Minimum 4 years of professional experience in full stack web development
- Backend Development: Strong practical experience with Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript
- Programming Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
- Frontend Development: Hands-on experience with React or a comparable modern frontend framework
- Database Technologies: Strong working knowledge of MongoDB and Mongoose
- Database Optimization: Experience in database schema design, efficient queries, and performance optimization
Software Engineering & Development Practices
- API Development: Strong understanding of RESTful API architecture, design, and integration
- Authentication & Authorization: Experience implementing secure authentication and authorization mechanisms
- Third-Party Integrations: Practical experience integrating external APIs, services, and business systems
- Version Control: Strong experience with Git-based development workflows, branching strategies, and collaborative code reviews
- Code Quality: Ability to write clean, maintainable, efficient, and well-documented code
- Technical Ownership: Ability to independently manage the complete software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through release
Communication & Leadership Skills
- English Fluency (Mandatory): Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are required to attend meetings with U.S.-based stakeholders and present technical proposals directly
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate complex concepts clearly to management
- Demonstrated experience independently leading features from initial requirements through development, testing, and production release
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational, time management, and decision-making skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
- Willingness to work the night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)

- Team Leadership: Previous experience mentoring, supervising, or leading junior software developers
- Cloud Infrastructure: Experience deploying and managing applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS)
