Care Guide is looking for a Senior AI Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered features across our internal tools and services.

Key Responsibilities
AI & Machine Learning Development
- Model Training & Fine-Tuning: Train, fine-tune, and evaluate deep learning models and Large Language Models (LLMs) using techniques such as SFT, LoRA, and QLoRA.
- Computer Vision & Tracking: Build and deploy real-time object detection, image classification, segmentation, and object tracking systems for video analytics and related applications.
- Generative AI & LLM Integration: Architect and implement AI agents, multimodal AI systems, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using embeddings and vector search.
- Document AI (OCR): Develop intelligent document processing pipelines for PDF and image layout analysis, information extraction, and data validation by integrating OCR with LLMs.
- Prompt Engineering & Logic: Design function-calling systems, advanced prompts, and agentic workflows for reliable AI-powered applications.
Engineering, MLOps & Deployment
- Inference & Optimization: Optimize models for real-time inference using GPU/CUDA, ONNX Runtime, TensorRT, and model quantization to improve latency and cost efficiency.
- Data Engineering: Design ETL pipelines, manage dataset preparation, data annotation, data versioning, and database schemas.
- MLOps & CI/CD: Manage end-to-end model lifecycles, including deployment, monitoring with MLflow, and CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Docker.
- Backend & Frontend Integration: Develop REST APIs, WebSockets, and asynchronous background processing to connect AI models with user interfaces and external systems.
- Automation & Workflows: Build AI automations, chatbots, email and OCR pipelines, and webhook integrations using custom code and low-code platforms.
- Security & Testing: Ensure AI safety, data privacy, and API security through encryption and secret management. Conduct unit and integration testing, model benchmarking, and API load testing.
