We are looking for a skilled and reliable IT Specialist to manage and maintain our company’s technical infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to employees, maintaining hardware and software systems, and ensuring the security and stability of our network operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees regarding hardware and software issues (Helpdesk).
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance and minimum downtime.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with security policies.
• Ensure data security and privacy by implementing backup systems and antivirus/firewall protection.
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT assets and equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
• Assist in the procurement of IT equipment and software licenses.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an IT Specialist, Network Administrator, or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows & MacOS), and standard office software.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and network security practices.
• Experience with troubleshooting and diagnosing system errors.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a service-oriented attitude.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional, CCNA).
• Experience with cloud-based productivity suites (Google Workspace, Office 365).
• Knowledge of VoIP systems and CRM software support.
• Familiarity with data privacy regulations (specifically HIPAA) is a strong advantage given our U.S. healthcare collaboration.
