Position:Creative Graphic Designer

Location:Mohakhali, Gulshan Road

Shift: Full-time, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for visual composition, expert knowledge of design software, and the ability to transform conceptual ideas into compelling visual assets for both digital and print media.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and design high-quality visual content for social media, digital advertising, email marketing, and website layouts.
• Create professional print materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, and business cards aligned with corporate branding.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to produce engaging ad creatives that drive conversion.
• Edit and retouch photos to ensure high-quality standards for all visual outputs.
• Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints by strictly adhering to brand guidelines (typography, color palettes, and logos).
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and technologies to keep the brand aesthetic modern and competitive.
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to stakeholders for feedback and approval.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of digital and print work.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of visual elements (layout, type, and fonts).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills to interpret briefs and explain design choices.
• Keen attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with video editing and motion graphics (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects) is a significant plus.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD).
• Experience working with international clients or the US healthcare sector.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage.
