Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience

• 2–3 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
• Strong hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js).
• Proficiency in backend development, preferably with Python (FastAPI/Flask) or Node.js (Express); experience with Django is a plus.
• Experience designing and managing database schemas (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
• Strong experience in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Proficient in version control using Git/GitHub.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and familiarity with Python data libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities & Context

• Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of web applications.
• Collaborate with the AI & Automation team to integrate AI models and automation scripts into user-facing products.
• Build and maintain scalable APIs to manage communication between applications and AI models.
• Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces (UIs).
• Monitor, optimize, and ensure performance, scalability, and security of applications.
• Maintain proper documentation and adhere to best development practices.

Skills & Expertise

• Minimum 2 years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Advanced knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
• Solid experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Express.
• Experience working with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving.
• Familiar with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with authentication and authorization systems (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
• Basic proficiency in Python for data handling or scripting is an advantage.
