Care Guide is looking for a Full Stack Developer to design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of our web applications, working closely with the AI & Automation team to bring AI-driven features to our products.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain both frontend and backend components of web applications
- Collaborate with the AI & Automation team to integrate AI models and automation scripts into user-facing products
- Build and maintain scalable APIs to manage communication between applications and AI models
- Develop responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web interfaces
- Monitor, optimize, and ensure application performance, scalability, reliability, and security
- Maintain proper technical documentation and follow software development best practices
Requirements
- 2–3 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and Next.js
- Proficiency in backend development using Python (FastAPI/Flask) or Node.js (Express); experience with Django is a plus
- Experience designing and managing database schemas using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
- Strong experience developing, integrating, and consuming RESTful APIs
- Proficiency in version control using Git and GitHub
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and familiarity with Python data libraries such as Pandas and NumPy is highly desirable
- English Fluency: Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Fresh graduates with strong academic or personal full-stack development projects are welcome to apply
- Ability and willingness to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
Skills & Expertise
- Professional Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional full-stack development experience preferred
- Frontend Technologies: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+)
- Frontend Frameworks: Advanced knowledge of React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS
- Backend Development: Solid experience with FastAPI, Flask, Express, or similar backend frameworks
- Database Management: Experience working with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
- Computer Science Fundamentals: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques
- Development Tools: Familiarity with Docker, Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines
- Authentication & Authorization: Experience implementing secure authentication systems using JWT, OAuth, or similar technologies
- Python & AI Integration: Basic proficiency in Python for data processing, scripting, and AI-related integrations is an advantage
