Care Guide is looking for a Frontend Developer to build responsive, high-performance web applications and user interfaces for our internal tools and client-facing platforms. We welcome experienced developers and freshers with strong frontend development skills and relevant projects.

- Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM), Monday to Friday

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Relevant training or certifications in Frontend Development will be considered an advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, accessible, and user-friendly web interfaces for internal and client-facing applications
- Convert UI/UX designs into clean, functional, and high-quality frontend code
- Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services
- Collaborate with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and other team members to deliver seamless user experiences
- Optimize web applications for performance, responsiveness, maintainability, and scalability
- Write clean, reusable, well-structured, and properly documented frontend code
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Frontend Development; freshers with relevant skills and projects are welcome
- Strong hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, and HTML5
- Experience using CSS preprocessors such as SASS
- Practical knowledge of Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS for responsive interface development
- Strong understanding of JavaScript fundamentals, including ES6 and ES7 features
- Hands-on experience developing applications using React.js and Next.js
- Experience with Redux Toolkit, RTK Query, and React Query for state management and data fetching
- Basic working knowledge of Vue.js will be considered an advantage
- Experience integrating REST APIs and testing APIs using Postman
- Basic understanding of Node.js setup, development environments, and CRUD operations
- Age between 22 and 32 years
- English Fluency: Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, designers, and cross-functional teams
- Basic understanding of Git/GitHub version control and collaborative development workflows
- Freshers with strong academic or personal frontend development projects are encouraged to apply
- Ability and willingness to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
Skills & Expertise
- Frontend Technologies: Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, HTML5, and modern JavaScript
- Frontend Frameworks: Practical expertise in React.js and Next.js
- State Management: Experience with Redux Toolkit, RTK Query, and React Query
- Additional Frameworks: Familiarity with Vue.js
- UI Styling: Experience using Bootstrap, Tailwind CSS, and SASS
- API Integration: Understanding of RESTful API integration, asynchronous requests, and data handling
- Backend Fundamentals: Basic knowledge of Node.js and backend CRUD operations
- Version Control: Experience with Git/GitHub workflows and collaborative code management
- Debugging & Optimization: Strong problem-solving abilities and experience troubleshooting frontend issues
