Care Guide is hiring a Flutter Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality cross-platform applications for Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, and Linux from a single Flutter codebase. We welcome experienced developers and freshers who have strong technical skills and relevant projects.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Master's degree preferred but not mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy cross-platform applications using Flutter and Dart
- Build and maintain Flutter desktop applications for Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Develop and maintain mobile applications for Android and iOS
- Turn UI/UX designs into responsive, adaptive interfaces that work well on mobile screens and large desktop windows
- Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and backend services, working closely with the backend team
- Manage application state, local storage, offline functionality, and data synchronization
- Package and distribute desktop builds in formats such as MSIX, EXE, DMG, and AppImage, and publish mobile applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, stability, and memory usage
- Write clean, testable, maintainable, and well-documented code following software development best practices
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Flutter application development
- Strong command of Dart and the Flutter framework
- Hands-on experience building Flutter desktop applications is a strong advantage
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling JSON data
- Working knowledge of version control using Git and GitHub
- Age between 22 and 32 years
- English Fluency: Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability and willingness to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
- Freshers with strong academic or personal Flutter projects, published applications, or GitHub portfolios are encouraged to apply
Skills & Expertise
- Flutter Development: Proficiency in Flutter and Dart, including widgets, layouts, animations, and custom UI components
- Desktop Development: Experience with Flutter desktop features such as window management, keyboard shortcuts, menus, file system access, and system tray integration
- Responsive & Adaptive UI: Ability to build interfaces that adapt across phones, tablets, and desktop screens based on Figma designs
- State Management: Familiarity with Bloc/Cubit, Riverpod, Provider, or GetX
- API Integration: Experience with Dio or http packages and authentication using JWT and OAuth
- Local Data & Storage: Knowledge of SQLite (sqflite/Drift), Hive, Isar, or Shared Preferences
- Platform Integration: Understanding of platform channels and Foreign Function Interface (FFI) for working with native code such as Kotlin, Swift, or C++ when required
- Firebase & Device Features: Experience with Firebase services, push notifications, and device APIs
- App Deployment: Understanding of desktop packaging, installers, code signing, and Google Play Store and Apple App Store release management
- Testing & Debugging: Ability to write unit, widget, and integration tests and use Flutter DevTools to identify and resolve performance issues
- Development Tools: Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows, CI/CD pipelines such as Codemagic, Fastlane, or GitHub Actions, and collaborative development practices
