Experience

• Experience in Telecommunication, Immigration and Education Consultancy Service, Call Center preferred

Responsibilities & Context

• On-Site Job: Green Delta AIMS Tower, 51 Bir Uttam AK Khandakar Rd, Dhaka 1212
• Night Shift: 6 PM – 3 AM, Monday to Friday
• Female Coordinator (Night Shift – 6 PM to 3 AM)
• Schedule and coordinate client care services based on caregiver availability
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting care plans as necessary
• Ensure effective communication with all relevant departments regarding client cases
