Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
• Experience in AWS Fargate, AWS EC2 & AWS Application Load Balancer (ALB) is a major plus
• Relevant certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect/SysOps, CKA, or Terraform) can be mentioned

Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Operations
• Proven experience in deploying containers in cloud that scales automatically on demand
• Hands-on experience managing containerized environments using Docker Compose and Kubernetes
• Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)
• Experience managing and scaling AWS services (EC2, EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, and VPC)
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Node.js for automation
• Freshers with exceptional projects in cloud automation and Linux administration are encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements

• Age 22 to 32 years
• Fluency in English (speaking & writing)
• Strong analytical skills with a "Security-First" mindset (DevSecOps)
• Ability to work night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM) to align with international deployment windows

Responsibilities & Context

• Automate Infrastructure: Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to ensure rapid, repeatable deployments
• Pipeline Management: Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline the delivery of AI and backend services
• System Monitoring: Implement robust logging and monitoring solutions (CloudWatch, Prometheus, or ELK Stack) to ensure 99.9% uptime
• Security & Compliance: Manage IAM roles, security groups, and encryption to protect sensitive data and cloud resources
• Collaboration: Work closely with Backend Developers to troubleshoot deployment bottlenecks and optimize resource usage

Skills & Expertise

• Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience in Cloud/DevOps roles
• Advanced AWS Administration (Networking, Storage, Compute)***
• Strong knowledge of Docker and Container Orchestration (Fargate***/Kubernetes)
• Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or AWS CloudFormation)
• Advanced Git/GitHub workflows (Branching strategies, Webhooks)**
• Experience managing and scaling databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Redis) in the cloud*
• Strong command-line proficiency (Linux) and server hardening skills
• Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, and Secrets Management (Vault or AWS Secrets Manager)*
