Care Guide is looking for a DevOps Engineer to automate infrastructure, manage cloud deployments, and ensure system reliability for our internal tools and client-facing platforms.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field
- Experience with AWS Fargate, AWS EC2, and AWS Application Load Balancer (ALB) is a major plus
- Relevant certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA), or Terraform certification are a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Automation: Design, implement, and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for rapid, consistent, and repeatable deployments
- CI/CD Pipeline Management: Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines to streamline the deployment of AI applications, backend services, and internal platforms
- System Monitoring & Reliability: Implement centralized logging, performance monitoring, and alerting using AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, or ELK Stack to support a 99.9% uptime target
- Security & Compliance: Configure and manage IAM roles, security groups, encryption, and access controls to protect cloud resources and sensitive information
- Cloud Resource Optimization: Monitor infrastructure utilization, improve system performance, and optimize cloud operating costs
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Backend Developers and engineering teams to troubleshoot deployment bottlenecks, resolve infrastructure issues, and improve resource efficiency
Requirements
- 1–3 years of professional experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Operations
- Proven experience deploying containerized applications in cloud environments with automatic scaling capabilities
- Hands-on experience managing containerized environments using Docker Compose and Kubernetes
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipeline design, implementation, and automation using GitHub Actions
- Practical experience managing and scaling AWS services, including EC2, EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3, and VPC
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or Node.js for infrastructure and workflow automation
- Age between 22 and 32 years
- English Fluency: Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills with a security-first mindset (DevSecOps)
- Ability and willingness to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM) to align with international deployment schedules
- Freshers with exceptional cloud automation, Linux administration, or infrastructure projects are encouraged to apply
Skills & Expertise
- AWS Cloud Administration: Advanced knowledge of AWS networking, storage, compute, and cloud infrastructure management
- Containerization & Orchestration: Strong knowledge of Docker, AWS Fargate, and Kubernetes
- Infrastructure as Code: Proficiency in Terraform or AWS CloudFormation for automated infrastructure provisioning
- Version Control & Automation: Advanced Git/GitHub workflows, branching strategies, webhooks, and CI/CD automation
- Database Management: Experience managing, monitoring, and scaling MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or Redis in cloud environments
- Linux Administration: Strong command-line proficiency, server administration, performance troubleshooting, and system hardening
- Security & Access Management: Familiarity with OAuth2, JWT, IAM policies, and secrets management tools such as HashiCorp Vault or AWS Secrets Manager
