Care Guide is hiring a Desktop & Mobile Application Developer to design, build, and maintain high-quality cross-platform applications for iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS. We welcome experienced developers and freshers who have strong technical skills and relevant projects.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Master's degree preferred but not mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android
- Build and maintain desktop applications for Windows, macOS, and Linux
- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive, polished, and user-friendly interfaces
- Integrate applications with RESTful APIs and backend services, working closely with the backend development team
- Manage application state, local storage, offline functionality, and data synchronization
- Publish and maintain applications on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, and package and distribute desktop application builds
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance, stability, and memory usage
- Write clean, maintainable, testable, and well-documented code following software development best practices
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in mobile or desktop application development
- Hands-on experience with React Native, Flutter, or similar cross-platform development frameworks
- Experience with Electron, Tauri, or similar desktop application frameworks is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript, or Dart for Flutter development
- Working knowledge of version control using Git and GitHub
- Age between 22 and 32 years
- English Fluency: Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability and willingness to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
- Freshers with strong academic or personal application projects, published apps, or GitHub portfolios are encouraged to apply
Skills & Expertise
- Mobile Development: Proficiency in React Native or Flutter, with an understanding of native Android modules using Kotlin/Java and iOS modules using Swift
- Desktop Development: Experience with Electron or Tauri, including application packaging, automatic updates, and cross-operating-system compatibility
- UI/UX Implementation: Ability to build pixel-perfect, responsive, and accessible interfaces based on Figma designs
- State Management: Familiarity with Redux, Zustand, MobX, Provider, Riverpod, or similar state management solutions
- API Integration: Experience consuming RESTful APIs and implementing authentication using JWT and OAuth
- Local Data & Storage: Knowledge of SQLite, Realm, AsyncStorage, or similar offline storage solutions
- Push Notifications & Device Features: Experience with Firebase Cloud Messaging, camera integration, location services, and other device APIs
- App Deployment: Understanding of Google Play Store and Apple App Store publishing, code signing, and release management
- Testing & Debugging: Ability to write unit and integration tests, troubleshoot application crashes, and resolve performance issues
- Development Tools: Familiarity with Git/GitHub workflows, CI/CD pipelines such as Fastlane or GitHub Actions, and collaborative development practices
