Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field (preferred)
• Diploma or professional training in cinematography is a plus

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a cinematographer or videographer
• Strong experience in shooting promotional, documentary, and digital content
• Experience working with lighting, camera setups, and on-location shoots
• Prior experience in healthcare, education, or corporate media is a plus

Additional Requirements

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in camera operation, lighting, framing, and composition
• Creativity: Strong visual storytelling and creative thinking ability
• Communication: Ability to collaborate with directors, editors, and marketing teams

Responsibilities & Context

• Plan, shoot, and execute high-quality video content for marketing and branding
• Operate cameras, lighting equipment, and audio tools during shoots
• Collaborate with the media and marketing team to translate ideas into visuals
• Ensure visual consistency and brand alignment across all video projects
• Handle on-site and studio-based video productions
• Maintain and manage video equipment and shooting setups

Skills & Expertise

• Strong understanding of cinematography techniques and visual composition
• Experience with professional cameras, gimbals, and lighting tools
• Basic knowledge of video editing workflows is a plus
• Ability to adapt to different shooting environments and project requirements
