Care Guide is looking for a Backend Engineer to design, build, and scale the server-side systems behind our internal tools and platforms.

- Location: Mohakhali, Dhaka (on-site only – no hybrid/remote)

- Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
- Experience Required: Fresher / Experienced welcome

Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases and optimize queries for performance
- Implement authentication, authorization, caching, and background jobs
- Write clean, tested, maintainable, and well-documented code
- Monitor, debug, and improve system performance, security, and reliability
Requirements
- Working knowledge of a backend programming language or framework such as Node.js, Python/Django, Java/Spring, or similar technologies
- Understanding of relational/NoSQL databases, RESTful API design, and basic system architecture
- Comfort working with version control systems such as Git and collaborative development workflows
- Ability to troubleshoot backend issues and write efficient, maintainable code
- Freshers with strong academic or personal backend development projects are encouraged to apply
- Willingness to work night shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
