Requirements

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field
• Master’s degree preferred but not mandatory

Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience in Backend Development or related fields
• Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express, RESTful APIs, or similar frameworks
• Design and manage database schemas (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
• Experience in Design and implement scalable backend architectures with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, etc.).
• Working knowledge of Manage version control with Git/GitHub.
• Freshers with strong Backend projects are encouraged to apply

Additional Requirements

• Age 22 to 32 years
• Fluency in English (speaking & writing)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus
• Ability to work night shifts (6 PM – 3 AM)

Responsibilities & Context

• Design, develop, and deploy backend
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business teams to implement backend-driven solutions
• Monitor and optimize for performance and accuracy
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with best practices

Skills & Expertise

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a backend developer.
• Proficiency in Node.js
• Strong knowledge of Node.js, Express.js, and API development.
• Proficiency in working with databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL).
• Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving
• Familiar with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with authentication & authorization systems (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
• Practical experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, etc.).
• Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Experience with Git/GitHub workflows.
