Care Guide is hiring a Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems, APIs, and database solutions. We welcome both experienced developers and freshers with strong technical skills and relevant projects.

- Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
- Experience Required: 1–3 years preferred; freshers with relevant skills are welcome

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field
- Master's degree preferred but not mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend systems and APIs
- Design and manage database schemas using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
- Design and implement scalable backend architectures using AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, and RDS
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business teams to implement backend-driven solutions
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize backend performance, reliability, and accuracy
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with software development best practices
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in backend development or related fields
- Hands-on experience with Node.js, Express.js, RESTful APIs, or similar backend frameworks
- Working knowledge of version control using Git and GitHub
- Age between 22 and 32 years
- English Fluency: Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure is a plus
- Ability and willingness to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
- Freshers with strong academic or personal backend development projects are encouraged to apply
Skills & Expertise
- Backend Development: Proficiency in Node.js, Express.js, and RESTful API development
- Database Management: Experience working with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or MySQL
- Computer Science Fundamentals: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques
- Development Tools: Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
- Authentication & Authorization: Understanding of JWT, OAuth, and secure access management
- Cloud Technologies: Practical knowledge of AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, RDS, and S3
- Debugging & Optimization: Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve backend performance issues
- Version Control: Experience with Git/GitHub workflows and collaborative development practices
