Care Guide is looking for an AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and automation workflows for our internal tools and business operations. We welcome experienced professionals and freshers with relevant technical skills and strong AI or automation projects.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
- Master's degree preferred but not mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy AI/ML models and intelligent automation workflows
- Work with APIs, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, UiPath, and Make (formerly Integromat)
- Build automated solutions for data processing, reporting, system integrations, and business operations
- Collaborate with developers, analysts, and business teams to implement AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize AI models and automation pipelines for performance, accuracy, and reliability
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure compliance with software development and automation best practices
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, automation, or related technical fields
- Hands-on experience with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI/ML frameworks
- Practical experience in process automation, including RPA, API automation, and workflow automation
- Working knowledge of automation platforms such as n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), or UiPath
- Basic understanding of AI models, machine learning algorithms, and data processing techniques
- Age between 22 and 32 years
- English Fluency: Strong spoken and written English communication skills
- Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure will be considered an advantage
- Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, analysts, and business teams
- Willingness to work night shifts (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM)
- Freshers with strong academic or personal AI/ML and automation projects are encouraged to apply
Skills & Expertise
- Programming: Proficiency in Python for artificial intelligence, machine learning, scripting, and automation
- AI/ML Frameworks: Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn
- Automation Platforms: Hands-on experience with n8n, Zapier, Make (Integromat), and UiPath
- API Integration: Good understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, third-party integrations, and workflow automation
- AI & LLM Tools: Familiarity with AI-powered applications, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI-driven automation workflows
- Computer Science Fundamentals: Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques
- Development Tools: Familiarity with Docker, Git, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines
- Debugging & Optimization: Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in AI models and automation workflows
